Kim Cattrall Slams Sarah Jessica Parker Following Brother's Death

And so the Sex and the City drama continues.

On Saturday morning, Feb. 10, 2018, Kim Cattrall lashed out at her former co-star, Sarah Jessica Parker, on Instagram.

"My Mom asked me today 'When will that @sarahjessicaparker, that hypocrite, leave you alone?'" the actress captioned a text-post which read, "I don't need your love or support at this tragic time @sarahjessicaparker."

"Your continuous reaching out is a painful reminder of how cruel you really were then and now," Cattrall continued in the post, which included a link to an October 2017 New York Post piece about the "mean-girls culture that destroyed" their hit HBO series. "Let me make this VERY clear. (If I haven't already) You are not my family. You are not my friend. So I'm writing to tell you one last time to stop exploiting our tragedy in order to restore your 'nice girl' persona."

As Nicki Swift previously reported, Parker, 52, offered support to Cattrall, 61, after her brother was found dead a week earlier, only hours after being reported missing in Lacombe, Alberta.

"It is with great sadness that myself and my family announce the unexpected passing of our son and brother, Chris Cattrall," Cattrall announced on Instagram at the time, sharing a photo of herself with her brother. "At this time we ask for privacy. We want to thank you all on social media for your outpouring of love and support in this trying time."

In the comments section of the post, Parker wrote, "Dearest Kim, my love and condolences to you and yours and Godspeed to your beloved brother. Xx."

The former co-stars' public beef began in September 2017 after Parker confirmed that the third SATC movie had been canceled. At the time, a report speculated that the project was scrapped after Cattrall had made several demands, which were shot down by producers.

Cattrall, who'd reportedly taken issue with Parker during their SATC days, later shot back, saying she never wanted to make the third installment anyway. She also insisted that she and Parker "were never friends." In early February, Parker admitted to Andy Cohen that she was "just heartbroken" over the diss during an appearance on Watch What Happens Live (via Page Six).

At the time of this writing, Parker has yet to respond to Cattrall's recent attack.
