Chris Stapleton, Wife Morgane Stapleton Welcome Twins

Chris Stapleton had a pretty amazing 40th birthday!

On Sunday, April 15, 2018, the "Broken Halos" singer and his singer-songwriter wife, Morgane Stapleton, welcomed twin boys on the same night he won two Academy of Country Music Awards, Us Weekly reports.

The exciting news was announced by none other than Reba McEntire as she hosted the 2018 ACM Awards, where Chris, who was recently featured on Justin Timberlake's song "Say Something," took home the prizes for Album of the Year and Male Vocalist of the Year.

"Chris couldn't be here 'cause Morgane's expecting twins," she said of the Grammy winner during the live telecast. "We just found out that those little rascals came a little bit early. Hot off the press! Twin boys."

Soon after, the ACM Awards' official Twitter account sent out their congrats to the country music stars, writing, "Congratulations to @ChrisStapleton who has won Album of the Year and just welcomed TWINS! #ACMawards."

Chris and Morgane, who are already parents to an 8-year-old daughter and 6-year-old son, met in 2003 and married four years later. While the pair are notoriously private about their family life, Morgane announced that they were expecting twins on the same day that they celebrated their 10-year wedding anniversary in October 2017.

"14 years, 2 babies, & 2 more on the way," she wrote on Instagram at the time, captioning a sweet black-and-white snapshot of the two together. "Happy 10 year anniversary babe! You make my whole world go round."

Congratulations to the happy couple!
