David Beckham, Victoria Beckham Deny Divorce Rumors

David and Victoria Beckham are speaking out.

On Friday, June 8, 2018, the famous couple denied recent rumors surrounding their marriage after several outlets reported that they were headed toward divorce.

"There is no impending statement, has been no statement and there is no divorce," Victoria's rep released in a statement to Us Weekly. "What nonsense. Fake news fueled by social media. Embarrassing for the sloppy outlets who have chosen to write such rubbish."

The former Spice Girl also took to Instagram early Friday. "Morning cuddles x So much love," she wrote, captioning a sweet snapshot of herself hugging their 6-year-old daughter, Harper. "We love and miss u @davidbeckham."

As Nicki Swift previously reported, David, 43, and Victoria, 44, tied the knot in a gorgeous ceremony near Dublin, Ireland in 1999. In addition to their daughter, Harper, they share three other children: Brooklyn, 19, Romeo, 15, and Cruz, 13.

The married pair, who first met in 1997, took to social media last July to celebrate their 18th wedding anniversary with some throwback pics. "Wow we really did this. Happy Anniversary to an amazing wife, mummy and strong business woman," David wrote, captioning a photo of the couple sporting matching leather ensembles. "Love you x."

Meanwhile, Victoria commemorated their milestone anniversary with a pic from their big day. "I love you," she simply wrote, adding, "Kisses x."

The former pop star opened up about what makes their marriage work during her May 2017 interview with Elle UK. "David and I both respect that each of us are very, very busy; we are both running big businesses, but we do put the phones down, and sometimes we just talk," she said (via E!
