Everything You Need To Know About Kristen Stewart's Girlfriend, Alicia Cargile

Kristen Stewart keeps her private life very private, but she recently opened up to Elle UK about her relationship with Alicia Cargile. "Right now I'm just really in love with my girlfriend," she said. "Finally, I can feel again."

So who is the lucky gal who broke Stewart's silent spell?

She's worked in show business

Cargile's LinkedIn profile details her extensive background in video production. She has reportedly worked on music videos for Kesha ("Crazy Kids"), Maroon 5 ("Love Somebody"), and Alicia Keys ("Tears Always Win"). She also worked on visual effects for the film Kill Your Darlings (2013), starring Daniel Radcliffe. Before working on music videos, Cargile was reportedly a production and personal assistant and actually worked for Stewart, so they've known one another for a while.

She currently works in marketing

According to her LinkedIn profile, Cargile works as a visual effects producer for Nomad Editing Company, Inc. She produces content for the company's commercial side, working on ads for Apple, Nike, and Snickers. She sometimes works on-set and also helps with editing the final product. (Wonder if she helped out with all those Taylor Swift commercials!)

She only has one form of social media

Cargile eschews Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram (she used to have an account, but deleted it when fame hit). Instead, she shows off her artwork on her Tumblr page. She's into cartooning, drawing, and animation. Some of her posts are hilarious, such as "Garthlic," a cartoon combination of Garth from Wayne's World (1992) fame with—you guessed it—a clove of garlic. She also showcases her favorite work from other artists, including music videos (she's a fan of Chvrches' "Empty Threat") and poetry.

The ambitious Cargile even interacts with fans online. She replied to a question on her Tumblr account about her ultimate goals in life. "I have a lot," she wrote. "Work with Wes Anderson, carve a skateboard by hand, take my mother on a trip to Italy, adopt a dog, publish a book, be happy always."

She's into ink

Hollywood Life reports that Cargile has a slew of tattoos on her right arm, as well as the logo for metal band HIM below her navel. She has a punk band Black Flag tattoo on the inside of her right forearm. She and Stewart are rumored to have matching tattoos, though no one knows for sure where or what they are.

She and K-Stew have been off and on

Stewart told Elle UK, "We've broken up a couple of times and gotten back together." No kidding: Stewart reportedly ditched Cargile for French singer Stephanie "Soko" Sokolinski, then allegedly cheated on Soko with Cargile, reuniting at the Cannes Film Festival in May 2016.

Cargile alluded to the drama in a March 2016 Tumblr post, sharing lyrics to Oh Hello's "Hello My Old Heart" "Nothing lasts forever / Some things aren't meant to be / But you'll never find the answers / Until you set your old heart free." Earlier that week, she posted a selfie captioned, "Cheers to the idea that life will go on."

She makes Kristen happy to engage in PDA

Stewart admits that she played her cards much closer to her chest when she was dating Twilight co-star Robert Pattinson, but she has loosened up with Cargile. "When I was dating a guy I was hiding everything that I did because everything personal felt like it was immediately trivialized, so I didn't like it," she told Elle UK. "We were turned into these characters and placed into this ridiculous comic book, and I was like, 'That's mine. You're making my relationship something that it's not.' I didn't like that. But then it changed when I started dating a girl. I was like, 'Actually, to hide this provides the implication that I'm not down with it or I'm ashamed of it,'" she continued. "So I had to alter how I approached being in public. It opened my life up and I'm so much happier."
