Gorgeous wives you didn't know celebrities had

Successful relationships aren't exactly the norm in Hollywood, but that doesn't mean every celebrity is doomed to a life of being unlucky in love. In fact, many of our favorite actors, singers, and athletes have been happily married  some for years — right under our noses. So what's their secret to wedded bliss? Well, for these A-listers, it's having a fierce, smart, and supportive woman in their corner through all that they do. Here are the gorgeous wives you didn't know celebrities had.

Luciana Barroso (Matt Damon)

If you don't recognize Luciana Barroso from the silver screen, that's because the Argentine beauty isn't an actress. Barroso and her famous hubby met back in 2003 while he was filming Stuck On You in Miami. Damon recalled the couple's fateful first encounter on The Ellen DeGeneres Show in 2011, which happened after friends dragged him out to a bar where Barroso happened to be a bartender. "I literally saw her across a crowded room, literally," he said. "Eight years and four kids later, that's my life. I don't know how else our paths would've crossed if that didn't happen."

Beth Ostrosky Stern (Howard Stern)

Howard Stern is no stranger to drama. The radio host and America's Got Talent judge has been at the center of his fair share of scandals in the past, including getting slapped with a $495,000 fine from the FCC back in 2004, after speaking graphically of a then-famous Paris Hilton sex tape.

One thing Stern has managed to keep out of the tabloids, however, is his relationship with wife Beth Ostrosky Stern, an actress and Pennsylvania-native who he began dating back in 2000. The couple married in New York City eight years later during a star-studded celebration that included the late Joan Rivers, Barbara Walters, Billy Joel and wife Katie Lee, Jimmy Kimmel, and Sarah Silverman, according to People

Lauren Parsekian (Aaron Paul)

For five glorious seasons, Aaron Paul played sidekick to the uber-talented Bryan Cranston (a.k.a. Walter White) on AMC's Breaking Bad. But in real life, Paul's partner-in-crime is his gorgeous wife Lauren Parsekian. The couple, who married in 2013, is totally head over heels for each other, never shy to show a little PDA on the red carpet or on social media. The 37-year-old actor gushed about his wife during a 2016 Jimmy Kimmel interview, saying, "We had our first kiss on a Ferris wheel at Coachella."

Besides being totally gorgeous and totally in love with her man, Parsekian is a dedicated philanthropist. She co-foundedKind Campaign, "a movement, documentary and school program based upon the powerful belief in KINDness, that brings awareness and healing to the negative and lasting effects of girl-against-girl crime.'"

Hilaria Baldwin (Alec Baldwin)

It seems like second time's the charm for Alec Baldwin. In 2012, the actor/comedian married his yoga teacher, Hilaria, and the two have been going strong ever since, even after adding three babies to the mix.

And it was thanks to his beautiful wife that a now 59-year-old Baldwin is in the best shape of his life. In her book, The Living Clearly Method, Hilaria explains that her husband was experiencing some serious health issues when they first met. "After years of eating out, eating late, and eating too much, he'd fallen into some bad habits without realizing it," she wrote (via People). "I quietly watched what he ate, only mentally jotting down my secret wish list of what I'd tell him if he asked." After discovering he was near pre-diabetic level, Hilaria helped her man adopt healthier habits, including healthier eating and regular workouts, which resulted in some major weight loss, according to People.

Elsa Pataky (Chris Hemsworth)

Chris Hemsworth is one of the hottest actors in Hollywood right now; from his piercing blue eyes to his chiseled biceps, there's no denying the Thor star is one handsome Aussie. So it really comes as no surprise that his wife Elsa Pataky is just as stunning. The 40-year-old beauty (who is actually seven years older than Hemsworth) recently graced the cover of Spanish Elle and her proud hubby took Instagram to share his support with this sweet photo

When they're not busy being gorgeous, this celeb couple is just like the rest of us, enjoying casual bike rides and trips to the beach with their three kids, Tristan, India Rose and, Sasha, as seen here on Instagram.

Lauren Morelli (Samira Wiley)

As the world fell in love with Samira Wiley as Poussey Washington on Orange Is the New Black, Lauren Morelli, a writer-producer for the hit Netflix show, was conjuring up some romantic feelings of her own. Back in 2014, Morelli, who was then married to a man, wrote an essay for Mic, explaining that writing for the show helped her understand her sexual identity. "I realized I was gay in fall 2012, one of my first days on the set," she wrote. "It wasn't so much one thing, but the sum of many small details."

Her love story with Wiley began shortly after and the two were married during a fairytale wedding in Palm Springs three years later.

Tana Ramsay (Gordon Ramsay)

You may know Gordon Ramsay as the ill-tempered celebrity chef from shows like Hell's Kitchen and MasterChef, but off camera, life for the 50-year-old London native seems a bit more loving. Ramsay has been married to his wife, English cookbook author Tana, since 1996. These two truly epitomize "through good times and bad," sticking with each other through cheating scandals and a recent miscarriage

And it seems like these days the two are closer than ever. "It has brought us all so much closer," he said of the heartbreak the couple faced after losing their fifth child (via Daily Mail). "You realize how lucky you are and you reflect on what you have, how fortunate you are with your remaining children and you remind yourself of what you've got. It's made the family unit even tighter."

Ayesha Curry (Stephen Curry)

There's no doubt NBA superstar Stephen Curry has millions of fans all over the world. But his biggest supporter is definitely his wife, Ayesha. "We have a pregame ritual right before tip-off where I do a sign, and she does it back," Curry told Parents magazine.

But it definitely wasn't all sparks and butterflies from the beginning for these two. "He was the cute boy at church that all of the girls were obsessed with, so I made a generalization that maybe he wasn't for me," Ayesha said in an interview with People. But as fate would have it, she kept reconnecting with Curry and finally accepted a date with him over Facebook. And as they say, the rest is history. "He was so funny and silly," she told the mag, "the absolute opposite of what I thought he was going to be."

When she's not cheering on her hubby court side, Ayesha can be found playing mom to their two daughters. Did we mention she's also a chef? Besides authoring multiple cookbooks, Mrs. Curry also has her own cooking show on Food Network.

Caroline Boyer (Luke Bryan)

If you're a fan of country music, then there's probably quite a few Luke Bryan songs on your playlist. There's no doubt this Billboard award-winner has got hits (I love me some "Drunk on You") and we can't help but wonder if any have been inspired by his beautiful wife, Caroline Boyer. The couple has been married for 10 years and the singer is still smitten. "It was love at first sight with Caroline — those blue eyes of hers," he said in an interview with Good Housekeeping. "I knew that, no matter what, I was going to make my way over to her."

When it comes to maintaining a happy marriage, it seems like these two aren't afraid to put in some extra effort. "We have coffee in the morning, just Caroline and me. It's my favorite time of the day," Bryan told the mag. He also added, "Every night before bed, I rub my wife's feet. She says they're the best foot rubs on Earth."

Now that's one lucky wife!

Livia Giuggioli (Colin Firth)

If there's one Hollywood couple who gives us major relationship goals, it's got to be Colin Firth and Livia Giuggioli. The British actor, who stars in Bridget Jones' Baby, and his film producer wife have been married since 1997 (that's 20 years!), and have two sons, Lucas and Mateo.

While the two are European — Livia is Italian — this couple actually met in Colombia. "We met in Cartagena, which is a staggeringly beautiful city and full of staggeringly beautiful people," Firth said in a 2011 interview on The Ellen DeGeneres Show. Firth said Cupid's arrow struck when he saw Livia walking through a crowd outside an old church. "It was a bolt to the heart" he gushed.
