Gregory Peck's Grandson Has Grown Up To Be Gorgeous
Gregory Peck is a Hollywood icon, known for his roles as Atticus Finch in To Kill a Mockingbird and Joe Bradley in Roman Holiday. With his dashing good looks and charm, it's easy to see why the man was so popular on the big screen. Luckily, we don't have to look far for a modern-day substitute — his grandson, Ethan Peck, easily fills his famous relative's shoes. And boy, does he wear them well.
His most attractive trait, however, is his positive attitude and humility. "Now I just feel like, 'How lucky to be born in to this body and this city and this life,'" Ethan told Entertainment Tonight in 2016. "You know what I mean? The circumstances could be very different."

You could say acting runs in the family. While his grandfather may have tackled the silver screen back in his day, Ethan Peck has set his sights on a multitude of projects. He's snagged small TV roles in That '70s Show and Gossip Girl as well as a few movie gigs, but he's probably best known for his part in the 2009 TV reboot of the classic movie 10 Things I Hate About You. And, if you were a big fan of Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen in the 1990s (and really, who wasn't?) you may also recognize Peck from his role in Passport to Paris. He's one of the young French boys who makes the girls swoon.
His more recent jobs include working on 2016's The Curse of Sleeping Beauty, the TV series Madam Secretary in 2016 and 2017, and a 2018 flick called The Honor List. According to his IMDb page, he also lent his voice to a few video games, including Halo 4 and Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII. He's been the face of a major Italian fashion brand
Like other A-lister legacies (think Brooklyn Beckham, Lily Rose Depp, and Madonna's daughter, Lourdes Leon), Ethan Peck is making his genetically blessed looks work for him. While he's not a full-time model gracing the catwalks, he has worked with a major fashion label to star in its short film, titled Coming Home to Hollywood. The fashion house Salvatore Ferragamo premiered the piece in December 2015, alongside its brand new collection of timepieces and eyewear.
Peck raved about his collaboration with the brand, claiming "there's a great chemistry between us." The actor even went a step further and compared the Ferragamo aesthetic to his hopes for the future: "The Ferragamo brand has maintained a luxurious esthetic all these years, remained very elegant, and these are qualities I'd like to carry through my own career." We love that Peck isn't just a face for Ferragamo but also such an avid supporter of their creations.
He appreciates his good fortune
Not everyone is in a position to snag leading roles in TV and film — after all, few of today's actors are members of Hollywood royalty. But Ethan Peck, with his roles in both fashion and film, understands that he grew up privileged, and he lets that shape his professional attitude. In an interview with the New York Post, he explained, "The older I get, the more I see how random everything is, the luckier I feel to have been born into this context, the more responsible I feel to be the best that I can be as a person and as a professional. That was a quality ... of the men on my father's side of the family."
We love seeing a man who's socially aware enough to recognize his own privilege. We can only hope Peck takes this attitude with him throughout his entire career!
He has big plans for the future
Who doesn't like a dreamer? Ethan Peck may have already tasted success, but that isn't stopping him from setting some lofty goals. According to his IMDb page, he landed a role as a big shot CEO in a 2018 film called Broken Land and has been working steadily on other below-the-radar movies and shorts, but his vision board is even more ambitious than you'd think.
In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, Peck joked, "[I'm] just trying to play Batman in the next five years." With his good looks and deep, brooding voice, we definitely think he could be the next actor to save Gotham City.
As if his filming schedule wasn't enough, Peck also travels, and, by the looks of it, we don't think he's going to slow down anytime soon. On his Instagram account, he's shared photos from his his journeys to the ruins of an ancient Mayan city in Mexico to the endless sands of Al Wasrah, Qatar.

He's boldly going where great men have gone before
Ethan Peck landed an out-of-this-world opportunity in August 2018, when he snagged the role of Spock in Season 2 of Star Trek: Discovery.
Showrunner Alex Kurtzman issued a statement about picking Peck (via The Hollywood Reporter): "Through 52 years of television and film, a parallel universe and a mirror universe, Mr. Spock remains the only member of the original bridge crew to span every era of Star Trek. The great Leonard Nimoy, then the brilliant Zachary Quinto, brought incomparable humanity to a character forever torn between logic and emotion," he said.
