Sophie Turner has been very vocal about her desire to move to the UK — which is where she's originally from. "I miss England so much,” she told Elle UK.
“I really love living in America but, for my mental health, I have to be around my friends and my family,” Turner had said. However, the couple ended up staying in Miami, Florida.
The Large Age Gap
Some fans have long felt that Turner was too young when she met Jonas, which was a bit of a red flag as they appeared to be in different stages of their lives.
With Turner just turning 20 and Jonas in his late 20s, one could argue that Turner was entering her "fun" phase of life, while Jonas was getting ready to settle down.
Crazy Travel Schedules
Jonas and Turner are both in the entertainment business, and their jobs kept them going in opposite directions almost all the time, until the pandemic.
"Just have my feet on the ground and be with my immediate family, is time I don't think I'll get back,” Jonas had said during a virtual interview with CBS This Morning in 2021.
The Pre-wedding Drama
While Jonas and Turner shocked the world with their impromptu Las Vegas wedding in 2019, the duo had actually broken up shortly before saying ‘I do.’
In an interview with The Sunday Times, Turner admitted that she and Jonas got a case
of "cold feet" prior to their wedding. "It was the worst day of our lives," Turner confessed.
Joe’s Song Dedication
While Jonas writing the song "Hesitate" for Turner may have been the sweetest thing ever, looking back on the lyrics, the song seems like a glaring red flag.
"Kiss the tears right off your face. Won't get scared [...] Time, time only heals if we work through it now. I promise we'll figure this out," read the lyrics.
