CHRISTINA HALL GETS A WIN AGAINST ANT ANSTEAD IN THEIR CUSTODY BATTLE

In November 2020, Christina Hall of HGTV's "Flip or Flop" called it quits with her second husband, British TV personality Ant Anstead. Though the split seemed amicable, Hall and Anstead are now in the middle of a messy custody battle involving their 2-year-old son, Hudson, and the case just took a surprising turn.
On April 28, 2022, Anstead filed an emergency motion to gain sole custody of Hudson, accusing Hall of only spending "9 full days each month" with her son, and also citing an incident where Hudson returned home from Hall's care with a bad sunburn on his face. However, an Orange County judge denied Anstead's request.
The judge stated that Anstead didn't give Hall enough time to plead her case, and he had "insufficient showing" over concerns for Hudson. Hall commented on her ex-husband's move to People: "If this was really about Hudson, as he says, this should have been handled privately with a private judge or mediation".
