Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez were married for three months when they welcomed their son, Maceo-Robert, in October 2013. However, the duo decided to part ways in 2015.

After a long and bitter custody battle, Berry and Martinez were granted joint custody of their son, and the actress was ordered to pay Martinez a stunning amount in child support.

As a result, Berry agreed to pay Martinez $8,000 a month, 4.3% of everything she earns above $2,000,000, and their son’s private school fees and associated costs.

Before Martinez, Berry was in a five-year relationship with Gabriel Aubry. The couple share a daughter, Nahla, for whom Berry gives $8,000 a month to Aubry in child support.

According to their new agreement, on top of his regular child support, Berry will now have to pay Aubry 4.3% of everything she earns over $1.95 million a year, capped at $109,650.
