HARRY STYLES OPENS UP ABOUT HIS RADICAL CHANGE OF HEART ON THERAPY
By JOANNA MAZEWSKI
In 2017, Harry Styles spoke to Rolling Stone about his upbringing, describing his childhood as happy and normal even though his parents split up. Naturally, Styles never thought he would need therapy regarding his childhood or anything else, but he decided to try it — and he's had a radical change of heart.
Styles once thought that therapy was only needed if "you were broken," and he wanted to believe that he didn't need it, but his sessions made him feel stronger and "more alive". "I think that accepting living, being happy, hurting in the extremes, that is the most alive you can be," the singer said.
Styles also said that therapy helped him rediscover all the great things he has in life. We're sure that includes his supportive girlfriend, Olivia Wilde, who also advocates for self-love and focusing on what's truly important, telling Vogue, "All that matters to you is what's real, and what you love, and who you love."
