Inside Mila Kunis And Ashton Kutcher's Relationship
By KELSIE CALDERON
they met on That ‘70s Show
Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher first met in 1998 on “That ‘70s Show,” and their characters dated on and off throughout the series. However, it wasn’t love at first sight as both the actors were busy trying to navigate show business, and although Kunis admitted she had a crush on Kutcher, their five-year age gap made him view her more as a little sister at first.
their first kiss
“That ‘70s Show” fans will remember Jackie and Kelso’s first kiss during Season 2, but did you know it was Mila Kunis’ first kiss ever? The actress later admitted to People that she was “so nervous and uncomfortable,” something that Kutcher didn’t realize, saying “She seemed as if she’d done it a thousand times. I was the one with the butterflies in my stomach.”
they were friends on and off
After Kutcher left “That ‘70s Show” a season early, Kunis made sure to keep in touch with him, but their friendship wasn’t always absolute. Kunis admitted to Glamour that “at the height of [Kutcher’s] career, I was like […] ‘I don’t even know you anymore,” but every time their friendship would almost fall out, the two would become best friends again practically overnight.
how she fell for him
In 2012, Kunis spotted a cutie out of the corner of her eye while she was standing backstage at an award show, and was shocked when the man turned around and it was Kutcher himself. The encounter changed her life completely, as this was the moment she fell for Kutcher, and would later say on “The Howard Stern Show” that “for the first time ever, [Kutcher] took my breath away.”
they start getting flirty
After reuniting, Kutcher invited Kunis to his housewarming party, intending to set her up with one of his friends, but the two actors hit it off and Kunis never went home that night. They didn’t plan on starting a relationship, but their fling quickly evolved into the real-life version of “No Strings Attached” or “Friends with Benefits” — movies both actors starred in, where the characters fall in love in the end.
