KIM KARDASHIAN CONFIRMS KANYE WEST'S BOLD SEX TAPE CLAIMS

In January 2022, Kanye West made a startling claim about how he tried to make ex-wife Kim Kardashian's sex tape disappear. Kardashian skyrocketed to fame via the sex tape leak with then-boyfriend Ray J over a decade ago, but people are still talking about it, including Ye when he spoke to Hollywood Unlocked.
Kanye claimed, "I went and got the laptop from Ray J myself. I met this man at the airport, then got on a red-eye, came back [and] delivered it to [Kim] at 8 a.m. in the morning." Given their extremely rocky relationship today, it's surprising that West pulled an all-nighter to help Kardashian dispose of her sex tape — so did she confirm or deny his story?
In the third episode of "The Kardashians," Kim confirmed that when Ray J's former manager threatened to release new footage of the infamous tape, Kanye flew to L.A. to physically retrieve it for her. Momager Kris Jenner expressed surprise and thankfulness towards Kanye, and Kim was so touched, she broke down in tears.
"I know Kanye did this for me but he also did this for my kids," Kim commented. "I want to shield them [...] as much as I can". In an ironic twist, PopSugar reported that the incident took place right before Kardashian's "SNL" debut, where she met current boyfriend Pete Davidson — Kanye's public enemy number one, at the moment.
