According to TMZ, Matthew Perry, 54, was found dead in a jacuzzi at his Los Angeles residence on October 28. Tributes for the “Friends” star have since begun pouring in.

Perry’s family also released a statement to People saying, “We are heartbroken by the tragic loss [...] Matthew brought so much joy to the world, both as an actor and a friend.”

Turning to Perry’s fanbase, the family added, “You all meant so much to him and we appreciate the tremendous outpouring of love.”
