Khloé Kardashian was arrested for driving under the influence in 2007 and was sentenced to serve up to 30 days in jail, but her family bailed her out less than three hours later. Scott Disick, meanwhile, got a DUI when he was only 18 years old.

Scott pled guilty to a non-criminal DUI charge, and ever since he acquired fame from dating Kourtney, he has been vocal about his struggles with alcoholism. Clearly, Scott learned from the mistake he made years ago, because he never got a DUI again.

Khloé and Scott are still great friends today and seem to have a lighthearted attitude about their past mistakes. In 2014, Khloé tweeted Scott his own mugshot on his birthday, cheekily writing, “Happy birthday to my partner in crime @letthelordbewithyou […] I love you LD!!"
