Michael Douglas' Son Cameron Welcomes First Child

The Wall Street actor is now a proud grandpa!

E! News reports that Michael Douglas' son Cameron has welcomed a child with girlfriend Viviane Thibes. Thibes reportedly gave birth to a baby girl on Monday, Dec. 18, 2017. The newborn is Cameron and Thibes' first child together.

The baby's name has not yet been released.

Sharing an older photo of a pregnant Thibes on Instagram, Cameron announced the good news. "Today my appreciation for Mother's all over the world has reached new heights...today I took part in a miracle as my baby girl was introduced to the world through a beautiful Amazon warrior," he wrote. "I'm so proud of you @vivianethibes. 🕊 #iloveyou."

The birth of Cameron's child comes more than a year after he was released from prison. As E! News noted, Cameron previously served nearly seven years behind bars for possession of heroin and selling methamphetamine.
