Fantasia Barrino appears to have found her soulmate in Kendall Taylor. The couple first met at a "roof-top" spot in Charlotte, North Carolina, where they spent all night getting to know each other. According to People, the two lovers tied the knot in July 2015 at an intimate ceremony for close friends and family. "This Man ... God made him just for Me and me Just For Him," the singer gushed on Instagram following their nuptials. "All I ever really wanted was this ... Real Love."
While many were happy that Barrino had finally found her match in Taylor, the singer shocked fans when she revealed that she wed her husband after having only met him three weeks before. Speaking to Billboard, Barrino explained how she knew Taylor was the one. "I was getting ready to go on the road, and he got on his knees and said, 'Can I pray for you? I just want to cover for you down the road,'" she recounted. The singer said she had been fasting from relationships and "asked God" to send someone to lift her in prayer. "That's when I knew," she added.
Taylor and Barrino have remained together for nearly a decade, and their love for each other has proven to be stronger than ever.

"Keziah was born a little too early," Barrino explained on Instagram, adding, "She is a fighter just like her Mother."
In addition to expanding their family, the Taylors also teamed up for a book, "No Crowns in the Castle: Building a Strong Relationship and a Harmonious Life," which was released in April 2022. What's more, the two lovers are also hosting the "Taylor Talks" podcast, where they discuss their marital ups and downs and how to stay positive in light of difficult situations.
"We're on a mission," Barrino said of her relationship during an interview with The MB Mag. "We're trying to be something that has never been done before."
