Did Cardi B's Sister Just Reveal The Sex Of Her Baby?

Is Cardi B expecting a baby girl?

On Sunday, April 8, 2018, the "Bodak Yellow" rapper's sister, Hennessy Carolina, took to Instagram with a sweet tribute to the soon-to-be-mom. But in doing so, she may have accidentally dished on one major detail about the pregnancy: the sex of the baby.

"A baby is truly a blessing from god I know how much you always wanted to be a mom!" Carolina wrote, captioning a snapshot of Cardi B (real name is Belcalis Almanzar). "You always been Like a second mom to me so I know u gonna be the best mommy everrrr. you took care of me like i was ur own daughter I know how much you LOVE babies."

She continued, "Growing up, you would always break me off a piece of your plate without me asking... to our little brother you give him whatever he imagines .... every time I use to see your adorable baby pictures , I use to wish I was older than you just so I wouldve gotten the chance to carry you and give you kisses when you were a baby because you were so cute and adorable! and NOW that ur baby is coming its like it's coming true!"

"I'm going to be able to hold ur baby and give the baby all the kisses and hugs!" Carolina concluded her heartfelt post. "Your pregnancy is mines we pregnant can't believe we're having a baby! hehehehe and to my brother @offsetyrn @iamcardib Auntie hennny aowwww."

According to a screenshot of the original post taken by The Shade Room, the caption's conclusion, which now reads, "Give the baby all the kisses and hugs," initially said, "Give her all the kisses and hugs."

As Nicki Swift previously reported, Cardi B confirmed her pregnancy during her Saturday Night Live debut this weekend when she showed off her baby bump during her performance of "Be Careful." The big reveal followed months of pregnancy speculation.

This will be her first child with fiancé Offset (real name Kiari Cephus). The 26-year-old Migos rapper proposed to Cardi B, 25, while on stage at a concert in Philadelphia in October 2017.

At the time of this writing, the expecting couple have yet to confirm the sex of their baby. So, whether Carolina's original caption was simply a mistake, wishful thinking, or an accidental reveal is anyone's guess for now.
