Tia Mowry Welcomes Baby No. 2

Tia Mowry has given birth to baby no. 2!

On Sunday, May 6, 2018, the Sister, Sister alum took to Instagram to announce that she and husband Cory Hardrict have welcomed their second child together, a baby girl.

"Feeling grateful and blessed as we welcome our little baby girl into the world!" the proud mom wrote, captioning a sweet snapshot of herself holding her newborn daughter in the hospital. "Born May 5th at 10:29 am at 6 pounds and 4 Oz 19.8 inches 💕 We are in heaven 🙏🏽."

In the days leading up to the exciting news, both mom and dad teased the upcoming arrival of their little bundle of joy on social media. 

"Grown man Tears 😓 Baby girl is near Prayers Up 👑," Hardrict wrote on Instagram on Saturday, captioning a photo of himself wearing a face mask and hairnet cap in the hospital. Meanwhile, Mowry tweeted on Friday, "My hospital bag is packed and we are in the home stretch ladies and gents!"

As Nicki Swift previously reported, Mowry first announced that she and Hardrict were expecting their second child together on social media in November 2017. Sharing a sweet pic of her Oath star husband and the couple's 6-year-old son, Cree, kissing her baby bump, the Game actress simply captioned the post with four heart emojis.

Soon after the news broke, Mowry's twin sister, Tamera, tweeted, "Yayyyyy! Couldn't wait to tell the world. I'm going to be an auntie!!!!!"

In January, Mowry revealed the baby's gender on her YouTube channel, Tia Mowry's Quick Fix. "We're having a girl!" she exclaimed. "Cree is going to have a baby sister. We are so excited."

Mowry, 39, and Hardrict, 38, married in April 2008, before welcoming their first child in June 2011.
