Karlie Kloss Sets Things Straight About Her Friendship With Taylor Swift

Superstar Taylor Swift and supermodel Karlie Kloss are apparently still friends after all.

On Sunday, Aug. 26, 2018, Kloss put rumors of a feud with Swift to bed when she posted a photo with the "Delicate" singer at her Nashville concert. In the photo, Kloss smiles wide as Swift strikes a pose, and, in the caption, Kloss wrote, "No one puts on a show like @taylorswift." She added, "#ReputationTour Nashville was out of this world, I am SO proud of you."

As noted by E! News, Kloss' selfie with Swift marks their first photo together in nearly two years.

Rumors of bad blood between Kloss and Swift kicked off after the pop star released the music video for "Look What You Made Me Do" in August 2017. In one of the scenes, Swift wears a T-shirt bearing the names of all of her friends, including Ed Sheeran, Selena Gomez, and Gigi Hadid. Notably absent, however, was Kloss' name.

Still, Swift and Kloss appeared friendly, with Kloss wishing Swift a happy birthday that December. But then the rumor mill started up once again in January when Kloss posted a video of herself playing basketball for Love's Advent calendar, writing "Swish Swish" in the caption. Many people believed that the caption was a reference to a Katy Perry song of the same name, which is thought to be about Perry's infamous feud with Swift.

While Swift never addressed the gossip surrounding her friendship with Kloss, Kloss did comment on the rumors in an interview with The New York Times in March 2018, telling the paper, "Don't believe everything you read."

But fans weren't so sure that everything was okay between Swift and Kloss after the model was spotted hanging out with Swift's ex-boyfriend and former One Direction member Harry Styles in Italy in July 2018 (via E! News).

Fortunately, given the recent photo, it'd seem that fans of both celebrities can now rest easy knowing the Kloss and Swift's friendship is doing just fine.
