The Extremely Famous Star This Gorgeous Supermodel Calls Dad

Supermodels are gorgeous — it's a part of the job. But they're not all the children of famous stars. Some just get lucky and are born into the celebrity life, possibly capitalizing on a parent's well-placed connections to get ahead.

Take Paris Brosnan, for instance. This supermodel, who walked his first fashion show for Dolce & Gabbana in January 2018, is the son of actor Pierce Brosnan. Yep, that Pierce Brosnan, a.k.a James Bond. And the elder Brosnan couldn't be more proud of his son's foray into the modeling industry. After Paris appeared on the cover of MMSCENE magazine, alongside fellow A-lister legacies Myles O'Neal and Asher Oyelowo (the sons of former NBA pro Shaquille O'Neil and actor David Oyelowo, respectively), Pierce took to Instagram to share a look at the publication with his nearly 1 million followers. Tagging son Paris in the post, Pierce wrote, "Out in to the world they go ... do good things ... work hard, love life, be lucky, courage always, and don't forget to have lots of laughs...be kind." He concluded, "There ya go now lads."

According to Irish Central, Paris is Pierce's youngest son with his wife, Keely Shaye Smith. And while he walked his first runway for fashion house Dolce & Gabbana when he was just 17 years old in 2018, the 6'1" celeb had been modeling for some time before that. He'd previously been on the covers of GQ Korea in October 2017 and Vanity Teen in November 2017, as noted by W magazine. He's been repped by Next Models in Los Angeles, an agency that has also boosted the careers of models Alexa Chung, Jodie Kidd, and Suki Waterhouse.

But for all his success so far as a model, Paris probably won't be letting any of it go to his head. At least, not too much. When asked by Men's Fashion Post about which celebrity knows him best, Paris answered, "My dad." He explained, "Because he likes to scold when I mess around, and he puts me in check."

And we're sure Paris could use the supportive critique from his GoldenEye star father, as he has big plans for his future. Paris, who dreams of becoming a director of photography, told Men's Fashion Post in a video posted to YouTube in August 2018, that he wants to "work hard, achieve success, travel the world, give back, strive to be the best I can be." Sounds like Paris has some noble goals!

So, what else is there to know about Paris Brosnan? Well, according to his Instagram account, he's big into surfing. And he's gotten into politics ... in a way, at least. As reported by People, he directed and produced a video titled "Your Voice Matters," encouraging America's youth to vote in government elections. "There's a lot at stake right now," Paris explained to the magazine. "I think it's important that my generation is participating in the political process."

Paris also worked in Washington, D.C. for a time for Senator Ed Markey. Regarding his experience at the nation's capital, Paris shared, "I didn't know that much about politics and legislation but he really inspired me to educate myself about issues that were important to me so that one day I could be the change I wanted to see."

It might be interesting to some readers to learn that Paris isn't Pierce Brosnan's only son. Pierce is also a father to Paris' older brother, 22-year-old Dylan Thomas Brosnan. Like Paris, Dylan had also interned for Senator Markey, though he worked for the politician in 2014, according to the Daily Mail. Also like younger brother Paris, Dylan, who studied cinema, has added modeling to his resume, having walked the runway for Saint Laurent in the past (via Vogue Paris). And, as if all that weren't enough, Dylan is also a musician and is in a band called Raspberry Blonde.

Pierce also has a 46-year-old stepson, Christopher Brosnan, whom he adopted during his marriage to the late Cassandra Harris, as well as 35-year-old son Sean Brosnan, whom he had with Harris (via the Daily Mail). He'd also adopted Harris' daughter, Charlotte, but, sadly, she passed away of ovarian cancer in 2013 when she was 41 years old.

Additionally, Pierce is a grandpa to Sean's daughter Marley May (via the Daily Mail). And, if the youngster turns out to be anything like her famous grandfather or her supermodel uncles, she'll be going places.
