Where Is The Cast Of Sister Wives Today?

How does one husband keep four wives and 18 kids happy? Just ask Kody Brown, the patriarch of the Brown family on the TLC reality television show Sister Wives. The series premiered in 2010, showcasing the ins and outs of a polygamous relationship among husband Kody, his four wives (Meri, Janelle, Christine, and Robyn), and their 18 children. You might recall the Brown family left their home in Utah on Season 2 of Sister Wives amid fears of being charged with bigamy. The family lived in Las Vegas until Season 13 in 2019 — that's when Kody decided he wanted to relocate to Flagstaff, Ariz. and the wives complained about his nomadic ways.

Where is the cast of Sister Wives today? Well, Flagstaff for starters, but with a family this large, details seem to change on the daily. Of course, there's always that never-ending rumor that Kody is on the hunt for wife No. 5 and looking to add more kids to his broad, but in the meantime, let's take a closer look at what the cast of Sister Wives has been up to.

The Sister Wives put all their homes on the market in Sin City

All four of the Brown family's Las Vegas homes have finally sold. So, how well did the Browns do in the Vegas real estate market?

They reportedly made a pretty penny on Robyn's house, which was originally purchased for about $445,000, according to Realtor.com. The family sold the property in January 2019 for $603,000, so that's a nice return on investmentThe real estate website said her outdoor living space, which includes an in-ground trampoline, covered patio, and children's outdoor play space differentiated her casa from the rest of the wives' properties. Janelle Brown's house didn't do so bad on the market either. Originally purchased in 2012 for $443,700. it sold for $574,900 in April 2019, according to Realtor.com. Radar Online reported that Meri Brown's house sold the following month for $574,900 — a healthy profit on its original price tag of about $447,017, according to Realtor.com.

Christine Brown's house was the last to go. Radar Online says Christine's house sold for $535,000 on September 27, 2019. The family originally listed the property for $675,000 but had to make five price cuts to sell the place, according to the same outlet. It must be a huge relief that have unloaded those homes! Carrying all those mortgages, plus the hefty mortgage on the new property in Flagstaff, Ariz., must have put a strain on the Browns' bottom line. According to Radar Online, the family spent $820,000 on its Flagstaff digs in 2018.

Are more kids in the cards for the Sister Wives?

Is making another baby on any of the wives' radars, or are the Browns done with that phase of life? Apparently, Kody Brown's fourth (and youngest) wife, Robyn Brown, hasn't completely ruled out adding more kids to their broad. "When we grow our family, it's sort of by inspiration," she told Us Weekly. "At this point we feel like we're done, but we're open to God's inspiration. ... If we were blessed with more children, of course I would be totally open to that."

Robyn and Kody already have two biological kids together — a son named Solomon and daughter named Ariella Mae. You may recall that Kody divorced his only legal wife (first wife Meri Brown) so he could adopt Robyn's kids (Dayton, Aurora, and Brianna) from her previous marriage. Kody told Us Weekly that he feels "tempted" to have another baby but is focusing on being a grandpa to his first grandchild, Axel. Baby Axel is the son of Janelle Brown and Kody's daughter, Maddie Brush. (Confusing much? You'll have that in a family this big.)

What's up with that empty lot in Arizona?

The Browns seem to be enjoying life in Arizona, but what's up with the land they bought in Flagstaff? Is the family building four separate houses or one mega-mansion? You might recall that during Season 13 of Sister Wives, Kody Brown shared his dream to build one big house with separate quarters for each of his wives. His hope was for all four women to live under one roof again, as they did in Utah, but can he convince the ladies?

Janelle Brown shared a photo on Instagram in July 2019 that may have been taken from their parcel in Flagstaff. Her caption read: "Reservations for dinner at our favorite space tonight, our piece of heaven #dinealfresco #bluesky #mountainair." Janelle didn't specify the location, but InTouch Weekly and some of Janelle's followers thought the scenery looked very familiar. "Beautiful view, have you guys started building yet?" one follower asked. If that was the Flagstaff property, there doesn't appear to be any construction going on yet. Maybe Kody's still trying to sell his wives on the one big house idea before breaking ground?

Sister wife Meri Brown is still doing her own thing

Meri Brown still owns the Lizzie's Heritage Inn bed and breakfast in Utah, and she seems to be staying busy as a LuLaRoe consultant. She regularly posts about her business friends and trips in her LuLaRoe Facebook group and on Instagram. However, a photo she shared on Instagram in July 2019 had people speculating that she may have left husband Kody Brown after breaking free from the Sister Wives lifestyle. "And then you meet someone who was right in front of you all along.....@papabrandon1005#LivingMyWhy#BecauseIcan #FriendsWhoBecomeFamily #JustSmile," she captioned a photo with a man who most certainly was not Kody. Hmm...

One follower outright asked, "Did you leave Kody?!!" Meri didn't respond to that comment, but sister wife Robyn Brown's former friend — a gal named Kendra Pollard-Parra — dished some dirt. Pollard-Parra told InTouch Weekly that Meri is "seeing so many guys" but is still "spiritually married" to Kody. This so-called friend claimed Meri is "probably not going to become public with anybody until they're serious, because she knows the scrutiny she'll get and her biggest thing right now is keeping her fans happy and promoting her business." Is there any truth to that gossip? You decide.

Christine Brown is sporting a new look and making money moves

Meri Brown started the family on the LulaRoe sales train, which must be profitable for them, considering multiple Brown family members are now involved in the business, including sister wife Christine Brown. "Always fun getting new inventory. #lularoelindsay#lularoenewinventory #workincomfort," Christine posted on Instagram

In addition to the fashion sales gig, Christine is also looking extra fab these days! After sharing a photo of herself on Instagram in July 2019, fans started commenting that it looked like she lost weight. "Wow. You look fabulous...," one follower said. Christine didn't respond with any weight loss secrets, but there's no denying that she looks happy and healthy online.

Will the Sister Wives add a fifth wife to the mix?

Ever since Sister Wives began airing in 2010, Kody Brown has been asked repeatedly if another sister wife is in the cards for him. Despite publicly saying it's not happening, rumors have continued to swirl that the family is open to the idea of adding another woman to the equation. "We're not even considering it anymor." Kody told Us Weekly in January 2019. "There was an energy, some sort of spiritual thing, inspiration from god, if you will, that the family wasn't complete." Fast forward to today, "It's a door we basically said we're closing," he said.

You would think that would pretty much end all the fifth wife rumors for the Brown family, but apparently not. In May 2019, InTouch Weekly suggested otherwise. "For a guy with four wives and almost two dozen kids, Kody's acting like he's on the lookout," a source told the tabloid. That's juicy gossip, but until Kody puts out an official statement, we'll take his word at face value and assume the ship carrying a fifth wife has sailed. Sorry, ladies!

Kody Brown and the sister wives could encounter legal problems

Kody Brown and his family fled Utah out of fear that they'd be prosecuted for their polygamist lifestyle, but just how safe is the family openly living its lifestyle in Arizona? Some legal experts seem to think the brood could still face legal issues. "Polygamy is unlawful in Arizona," legal expert Monica Lindstrom told Radar Online. "...Under Arizona's Constitution, living with one wife and a spiritual wife, or two or three etc., could meet the definition of 'polygamous co-habitation,' which is prohibited."

Even if the family lives in four separate dwellings miles apart, legal expert Dwane Cates told the tab that the Browns' arrangement could still prove problematic for Kody and all the sister wives. "Bigamy, which is one person married to two people at the same time, is a class 5 felony," the told Radar Online. "He could get half a year to two-and-a-half years. He could get probation up to three years and $150,000 in fines." All that said, Cates specified that the decision to press charges rests with prosecutors, who "typically go after" cases involving "child bigamy the most."

Maddie Brush is growing her family

As of this writing, Maddie Brush lives in North Carolina with her little family. Her husband Caleb Brush and son Axel relocated to the Tar Heel state for Caleb's job in 2019. But moving wasn't the only recent life change for Janelle Brown and Kody Brown's oldest daughter though. Maddie and Caleb also welcomed a second child, daughter Evangalynn Kodi Brush, in August 2019.

During her pregnancy, Maddie learned little Evie (as she's called her on social media) had a condition called oligodactyly, where a newborn doesn't have all of their fingers. After her birth, Evangalynn was diagnosed with a rare medical condition called FATCO syndrome, where bones in extremities do not fully develop in utero. In a lengthy Instagram post, Maddie shared how her daughter was born "missing three fingers, a toe and her fibula," and "had a bowed tibia, a shortened forearm and some fusing in her fingers," which led to the diagnosis. Maddie also told her followers she was originally afraid to share the details about her newborn but, "As a family, we have decided to be open as we walk through this journey. We want Evie to always feel pride in who she is, and all that God gave her."

What have the rest of the Sister Wives' kids been doing?

What has the rest of the Brown brood been up to these days? Kody and Meri Brown's daughter, Mariah Brown, is reportedly living in Chicago with her fiancee, Audrey Kriss. You may recall that Mariah came out as gay on an episode of Sister Wives. She's apparently gotten into fitness and regularly shares posts about her healthy lifestyle on Instagram. She posted in April 2019 that she was heading to Bali to train to be a yoga instructor.

Kody and Janelle Brown's son, Logan Brown, is still with his fiancee, Michelle Petty, who appeared on several episodes of Sister Wives. The couple has been together for more than four years, but they're taking their time getting to the altar. In January 2019, Michelle tweeted: "Weddings are so expensive. This is about to be a 4 year engagement." InTouch Weekly reported that Michelle planned on a long engagement as they focused on college and saving money. According to Logan's Instagram, she earned her master's degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Las Vegas in May 2018, so maybe we'll hear wedding bells soon!

Mykelti and Aspyn are enjoying married life

Kody and Christine Brown's daughters, Aspyn Thompson and Mykelti Padron, both had pretty cool weddings featured on Sister Wives, and they're both seemingly enjoying the married life! Mykelti said she wanted to be a fashion designer on Sister Wives, and she's stayed true to her interests by selling Color Street nail polish and LuLaRoe. She has regularly shares posts on Instagram about her businesses and her life with hubby Antonio "Tony" Padron. Aspyn and husband Mitch Thompson celebrated their first wedding anniversary in June 2019. "What a wonderful year it has been! I am so lucky to be spending my life by your side," she said on her Instagram, alongside a wedding photo.

None of the adult Brown kids seem to be living a polygamous lifestyle at this point. With 18 kids in the family, it will be interesting to see if any of the offspring choose that path. Stay tuned!
