Former Bachelorette Becca Kufrin Has 'Zero Wedding Plans' With Garrett Yrigoyen
There are plenty of moments on The Bachelorette that have made us cringe, but sometimes the reality TV-based romantic roller coaster actually ends up with an engagement. And while that happened during Becca Kufrin's season, she recently revealed that she isn't rushing to the altar with her fiancé Garrett Yrigoyen.
"We literally have zero wedding plans right now," she told fellow former Bachelorette Rachel Lindsay on the Bachelor Happy Hour podcast when they chatted on December 17, 2019. Kufrin explained the delay to Entertainment Tonight, saying, "We just have so much going on, and we've still been traveling like crazy that we're just dragging our feet. ... I think we're just taking our time." She also revealed that she wants to wait until Yrigoyen is ready to make the big commitment... again. "He was previously married and divorced, so I never want him to feel rushed or pressured into anything," she said. "I'm kind of just waiting for him to be like, 'OK, let's do this now.'"
However, Kufrin admitted to Lindsay that she gets why fans are so curious about a potential wedding, saying, "I went on the show to find somebody to get engaged to [and] eventually get married, so I understand that that's why people always ask and they're interested. ... There's more to our relationship than that, but again, it's because we put ourselves out there in that regard." The scrutiny her relationship receives is also why some people thought that the couple had actually broken up.

Despite the fact that they're not yet married and don't have any wedding plans in the works, Becca Kufrin's relationship with Garrett Yrigoyen seems to be just fine. And yet, there have been rumors that the two broke up due in part to the fact that he didn't accompany her to Chris Randone and Krystal Nielson's wedding in June 2019.
"He still has a life," Kufrin told Rachel Lindsay on the Bachelor Happy Hour podcast. "He still has friends from his hometown, and they were having a birthday. ... Fast forward to now a couple of months later when the wedding actually airs, and I'm watching the wedding on TV and I'm just getting all of these DMs and messages from people being like, 'Oh, my God, did you guys break up?' 'Oh, my gosh, you're a bad fiancé,' or, 'Garrett's a bad fiancé.' 'Why didn't you go together?'"
While there might have been concern over the status of their relationship, Kufrin posted an Instagram message about Yrigoyen on December 6, 2019, writing, "I love him. Simple as that. I woke up this morning feeling extra grateful for his humor, love, kindness, support, spirit, skills in the kitchen, and of course, his big ol....smile." It definitely sounds like these two are still together ...and madly in love!
