Grey's Anatomy alum Melissa George was hospitalized on Sept. 7, 2016 after she was allegedly assaulted by her partner, Jean-David Blanc, the French website Paris Match reported.

George, 40, was reportedly hospitalized at Cochin Hospital in Paris for more than 24 hours after calling police from her home to report the incident. She allegedly suffered injuries ranging from a swollen face, to nausea, dizziness, and bodily pain. Further details were not released.

According to Paris Match, Blanc—who founded the popular French movie website AlloCiné—has remained silent. George did not return a request for comment by People magazine, which also reported on the alleged assault.
