Although their relationship didn't stand the test of time, Henry Cavill fell hard for Gina Carano. In a 2013 interview with Details magazine, Cavill gushed over the former professional athlete and said he thinks "she's amazing" (via The Los Angeles Times). He revealed the couple wasn't big on going out, and they preferred to be near their Manhattan Beach home. "I'm not much of a schmoozer ... not much of an event-goer. I'd rather stay close to here. This doesn't feel like L.A. It doesn't feel like work," he told the outlet.
It appears the feelings were mutual, as a source told Us Weekly in June 2013 that "Gina is a complete firecracker," but "she's finally found someone who can handle her." The insider told the outlet the exes had incredible chemistry and revealed Carano thought "they [had] a good thing going."
