The Truth About Jax Taylor's Affair With Faith Stowers

Vanderpump Rules fans are well aware of the villainous role Jax Taylor played on the spin-off show. The OG cast member was often at the center of backlash for his history of cheating, stealing, and for even claiming to be "the number one guy" among the crew of SURvers, Bravo reported. After being dumped by Stassi Schroeder for cheating on her with her best friend and fellow SUR employee Kristen Doute, Jax dated a few different girls before choosing to get serious with Brittany Cartwright.

In Season 4, cameras followed as a giddy and gullible Brittany left her home state of Kentucky to move to Los Angeles to be with Jax. But, by Season 6, the show was rocked by a cheating scandal that involved Jax and former cast member Faith Stowers. Faith appeared in the early seasons of VPR as a waitress at Lisa Vanderpump's WeHo hotspot. Though she and Jax were never romantically involved during their time working together, they appeared to make up for lost time during his relationship with Brittany.

Brittany Cartwright caught Jax Taylor lying about how many times he cheated with Faith Stowers

The Season 6 premiere of Vanderpump Rules started off hot after the crew of SUR staffers began spreading the rumor that Jax Taylor cheated on Brittany Cartwright by hooking up with their former coworker Faith Stowers. Not only did they have sex, but Faith recorded Jax talking crap about his girlfriend to her. Once Brittany found out, she threatened to leave Jax and take the dogs with her. To make matters worse, Brittany caught Jax lying about how many times they actually hooked up.

"What does it matter if I did it two or three times," he asked Brittany during a heated phone conversation. "This changes everything, you piece of sh*t," Brittany shouted back. In the end, Faith never appeared on the show again, and Jax and Brittany were left trying to pick up the pieces from the scarred relationship. In Season 8, their wedding was televised and included all of their friends at SUR.

In June 2020, Faith appeared in an interview where she revealed the behind-the-scenes drama that she endured as a result of the cheating scandal. After calling out Stassi Schroeder and Kristen Doute for calling the cops on her to accuse her of a crime she didn't commit, Bravo decided to fire the OG cast members. In September 2020, Jax and Brittany revealed they were expecting their first child together, People reported. By December, the couple announced their departure from VPR after eight seasons.
