The Truth About Shannen Doherty's Ex-Husbands
Shannen Doherty has been acting since the early 1980s when she appeared on a number of television shows in guest star roles before landing the role of Jenny Wilder on the final season of "Little House on the Prairie." In 1985, she starred alongside Helen Hunt and Sarah Jessica Parker in "Girls Just Want to Have Fun." From there, she was on the television show "Our House" from 1986 to 1988, in "Heathers" in 1989, on "Beverly Hills, 90210" from 1990 to 1994, and on "Charmed" from 1998 to 2001, according to IMDb.
When Doherty was younger, she had a bit of a wild child/diva reputation. The cast of "90210" rocketed to fame in the early 1990s and Doherty had a number of high-profile relationships. Unlike most of her co-stars in their early 20s, however, Doherty tended to marry her boyfriends rather quickly and, dare we say, impetuously. This led to her being twice divorced before the age of 31. Her first marriage ended in 1994. Her second marriage ended in 2002.

Let's start off with the one that, quite literally, got away. Shannen Doherty was engaged to Max Factor heir Dean Jay Factor. Factor filed a restraining order against Doherty in May 1993, that said, in part (per People), "I was weary of the verbal assaults and locked myself in our bathroom. At this point, she threatened to shoot me ... I knew she had a loaded 9-mm automatic ... I heard the chamber pulled back; at that point, I hastily exited the house through a back door...."
Just six months later, in October 1993, 22-year-old Doherty married actor Ashley Hamilton. They filed for divorce in April 1994. Hamilton went on to marry model Angie Everhart in 1996. That union only lasted a year, per GoFugYourself. Hamilton is a working actor whose last credit was in the 2019 horror film "Gothic Harvest," per IMDb.
In 2002, Doherty married Rick Salomon. Doherty and Salomon had their marriage annulled nine months later. Salomon's name is familiar for two reasons: his sex tape with Paris Hilton and his marriages to Pamela Anderson, both of which happened after Doherty, per People. Salomon married Anderson twice, the first time in 2007, which was annulled in 2008, and again in 2014. They divorced in 2015, per NDTV. These days, Salomon is a professional poker player whose career earnings to date total more than $9.9 million, according to PokerDB.
