Secret love children the public doesn't know about

Everyone knows that Liv Tyler is the love child of Aerosmith rocker Steven Tyler and model Bebe Buell, and we all know what happened with Arnold Schwarzenegger and his housekeeper. Still, there are a ton of other stars whose illegitimate tykes flew under the radar. Take a look.

Jay Z

Jay Z allegedly had a brief affair with a woman named Wanda Satterthwaite in the early 1990s, way before Hov became, well, Hov. Satterthwaite claims the rapper (born Shawn Carter) is the father of her adult son, aspiring rapper Rymer Satterthwaite. However, Radar Online reports that Jay Z has reportedly refused to take any paternity tests, despite two separate civil suits from the Satterhwaite family. Maybe Jay Z's daughter, Blue Ivy, with wife Beyoncé is keeping his hands full.

Minnie Driver

Actress Minnie Driver gave birth to son Henry in September 2008, but no one had a clue who his father was. It wasn't until February 2012 that the Good Will Hunting star revealed the cute tot's papa to be television producer Timothy J. Lea. Her revelation was served up with a hint of bitterness. "I don't need to protect him any more. He can fend for himself," she told the Daily Mail. "He's a grown-up…He's figuring it out…I mean, he hasn't been that involved; his choice. But he is now."

Bow Wow

Rapper Bow Wow kept his illegitimate daughter, Shai Moss, a secret until posting about her publicly in 2011. Prior to his admission, he firmly denied any involvement with her mother, video model Joie Chavis. Bow Wow (born Shad Moss) split with fiancée Erica Mena of Love and Hip Hop: New York  in 2015 reportedly because Chavis and got in the way. The ladies had it out on social media as Bow Wow and Chavis attempted to co-parent with mixed results.

Hugh Grant

Actor Hugh Grant may be the king of the love child—he's had four in four years. The Notting Hill star fathered daughter Tabitha with ex-girlfriend and restaurant hostess Tinglan Hong, then had son John Mungo with Swedish television producer Anna Eberstein, then became dad to son Felix with Hong, and then welcomed another daughter with Eberstein in December 2015. We're sensing a pattern here.

Liam Gallagher

Oasis singer Liam Gallagher seemed happily married to All Saints songstress Nicole Appleton since 2008. That relationship crumbled in 2013 when it was revealed that Gallagher was the father of American journalist Liza Ghorbani's baby, reportedly fathered during a brief affair that began after Ghorbani interviewed him for a segment called "A Night Out with Liam Gallagher" in The New York Times. Despite a lengthy court battle over child support, the Daily Mail reported in 2015 that Gallagher has never met his daughter.

Dwyane Wade

Yikes! Less than two weeks after announcing his engagement to now-wife Gabrielle Union, basketball star Dwyane Wade confirmed reports that he fathered a child in 2013 with ex Aja Metoyer while he and Union were reportedly on a break. According to Hollywood Life, all is now well among Union, Wade, Metoyer, and baby Xavier Zachariah Wade, and Union seems "happier than ever in her relationship."

Chuck Norris

Action hero Chuck Norris revealed that he had a love child in his autobiography, Against All Odds: My Story. Norris confessed that daughter Dina was the result of him cheating on his first wife in 1962. He had no idea his little girl existed until she wrote him a letter in 1991. Norris agreed to meet with Dina and her mom. "I didn't need DNA or blood tests," he wrote in his book (via Contact Music). "I went to her, wrapped my arms around her, and we both started crying. At that moment, it was as if I had known her all my life."

Owen Wilson

Wedding Crashers star Owen Wilson is allegedly crashing marriages now, too. The actor fathered a son named Finn Lindqvist Wilson in January 2014 with married personal trainer Caroline Lindqvist. (Us Weekly reports that Lindqvist is currently in divorce proceedings with her now-estranged husband.) Wilson also sired a son named Robert Ford Wilson in January 2011 with ex-girlfriend Jade Duell.

Benicio del Toro

In what's probably the most random hookup in history, Benicio del Toro fathered a baby girl with Kimberly Stewart (daughter of Rod Stewart and one-time Paris Hilton bestie). Their daughter, Delilah, was reportedly the result of a fling, but her parents have maintained a solid co-parenting relationship. Stewart told the Daily Mail, "Benicio's very involved; he and Delilah have a very special bond. She definitely looks like her dad, but she has my legs and eye color."

Joe Jackson

The Jackson family patriarch Joe Jackson had ten children with wife Katherine, but he didn't stop there. In 1974, Jackson reportedly had an affair that spawned daughter JohVonnie Jackson. The New York Post reported in 2014 that Jackson calls himself "The Hawk" because he has such a good eye and "kill rate" with younger women, so odds are there may be more than one unknown baby out there.

Eric Clapton

The Daily Mail reports that Eric Clapton fathered a child with Yvonne Kelly in 1985. This would have been peachy, except Clapton was still married to Pattie Boyd—the real life "Layla"—at the time. The public didn't find out about Ruth until 1991, though she says her dad was very involved in her life. "It wasn't tricky or difficult; everyone made the best of it because they didn't want it to be awkward for me," Ruth told the Daily Mail in 2007. "I grew up knowing everyone's place, and there was no dishonesty."

Sean "Diddy" Combs

Sean "Diddy" Combs was in a longterm relationship with baby mama Kim Porter for years. That came to a screeching halt in 2007 when news broke that he fathered a child with Atlanta-based photographer Sarah Chapman. According to People, Porter was pregnant with Combs' twin daughters, D'Lila Star and Jessie James, when she learned about the love child. The twins were born in December 2006 and the other baby, a girl named Chance, was reportedly birthed just five months earlier.

Tom Jones

Welsh crooner Tom Jones reportedly had a three-day fling with model Katherine Berkery, who gave birth to his son, Jonathan Jones-Berkery, in 1987. Sir Jones was not involved in the child's life. A 24-year-old Jonathan told the Daily Mail in 2013 that he spent years sleeping in park benches, his car, or homeless shelters as he battled drugs and gang life. "It all stems back to my dad," he said. "I don't think I realised it for a long time but I was one angry kid, crying out for a father."

Ludacris

While on an alleged break from longtime girlfriend (and now wife) Eudoxie Mbouguiengue, rapper Ludacris hooked up with a woman named Tamika Fuller. Their daughter, Cai Bella Bridges, was born in December 2013. According to TMZLuda had custody of Cai as of March 2015, but Fuller was working to renegotiate the agreement and play a larger role in her daughter's life.

Jude Law

Jude Law's indiscretions have long gotten the actor in trouble—remember when he made it bad with the nanny while engaged to Sienna Miller? His alleged one-night stand with model Samantha Burke in 2009 bore him a daughter, Sophia. The Daily Mail reported that Law would likely shell out more than $2.5 million in a child support settlement.

Gavin Rossdale

The Bush frontman and one-time Mr. Gwen Stefani fathered a daughter with ex Pearl Lowe in the 1980s, but he didn't know about it until 2004 when it was revealed that Gavin Rossdale was actually the biological father of his goddaughter, Daisy Lowe. Rossdale, Pearl, and Daisy all maintained a relationship, even if it was at the rumored chagrin of then-wife Stefani.

January Jones

No one but January Jones knows the identity of the man who fathered her son, Xander, born in 2011. The erstwhile Mad Men star told Edit magazine via E! News), "It's just not something the public needs to know." Jones' tight lips have led to speculation that Xander's dad may be a married man, with whispers suggesting X-Men: First Class director Matthew Vaughn or celebrity chef Bobby Flay.
