What We Know About Megan Fox And Machine Gun Kelly's Matching Tattoos

Unless you have been hiding under a rock, you know that actor Megan Fox and rapper Machine Gun Kelly are one of Hollywood's most talked-about couples at the moment.

According to Elle, the pair first met in March 2020 while working on the indie thriller "Midnight In the Switchgrass." After months of speculation, Us Weekly reported that Fox and Kelly were officially an item in June of that year. "Megan and MGK have gotten more serious and are officially dating and referring to one another as boyfriend and girlfriend," an inside source told the tabloid, adding, "They're enjoying spending more and more time together and have a strong connection."

During a joint interview one month later on Lala Kent and Randall Emmett's podcast, "Give Them Lala ... With Randall," Fox admitted she felt an astrological connection between the two of them, per Entertainment Tonight. "I knew right away that he was what I call a twin flame," the "Transformers" star said, adding, "Instead of a soul mate, a twin flame is actually where a soul has ascended into a high enough level that it can be split into two different bodies at the same time. So we're actually two halves of the same soul, I think. And I said that to him almost immediately, because I felt it right away." Over a year later, Fox and Kelly's relationship is still going strong — and their latest reveal proves exactly that.

Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly's matching tattoos allude to their early text message

Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly are the latest celebs to grace the cover of GQ and let the publication in on their latest tattoos. While being interviewed, the duo got matching ink to honor their relationship. According to the magazine, they both got the words "the darkest fairytale" inked on their bodies. Fox explained that it "alludes back to one of the first text messages we ever sent each other." The "Jennifer's Body" actor ended up getting hers done first because she didn't want to delay the pain. Kelly has previous experience with tattoo needles and was the one who tattooed his girlfriend's inner arms. Even though they both wanted their ink located in the same place, Kelly had to settle for his hip, as he is covered in body art.

When it came down to Fox repaying the favor, she seemed a little unsure of herself. After all, she doesn't have the same experience being a tattoo artist. "I'm just scared that I f**ked it up!" she expressed nervously. However, Kelly quickly reassured Fox. "F**king best tattoo I've ever seen in my life," he insisted. "It looks like a fairy ghost did it, right?" I guess this confirms they really are a rockstar couple.
