Jason Aldean And Wife Brittany Kerr Expecting First Child Together

Country music star Jason Aldean and his wife, American Idol alum Brittany Kerr, are going to have a baby!

The two lovebirds took to social media to share the good news on May 8, 2017.

"SURPRISE!!! WE ARE PREGNANT!!!" Kerr wrote on Instagram, alongside a photo of her and Aldean wearing coordinating "Baby Mama" and "Baby Daddy" shirts.

"This was the hardest secret we've ever had to keep," she continued. "This journey for us has been full of many happy times & also many tears... The biggest rollercoaster we have ever been on, without a doubt! All of the moments of heartache were followed by the biggest blessing in the entire world!! We will never take one moment for granted & can't wait to meet you, sweet baby!!!"

Aldean, on the other hand, posted a photo with his wife, posing in their kitchen with their dogs near an oven with an actual bun in it. "Been hard to keep this secret but we couldnt be happier to add to our family," the "Dirt Road Anthem" singer wrote. "This year just gets better and better. #bunintheoven."

While Kerr is pregnant with her first child, Aldean is already a father to two daughters, 9-year-old Kendyl and 14-year-old Keeley, from his previous relationship with Jessica Ussery, whom he was married to for 12 years before divorcing in 2013.

Aldean started dating Kerr in 2014, marrying her just one year later.

Regarding expanding their family, Aldean previously told People, "I know she would like to have at least one kid ... And I'm down for that. I love kids and being a dad is one of the best things in the world for me. If it's meant to happen, it will. Only time will tell."
