Man Arrested For Trespassing At Rihanna's NYC Apartment Building

Sounds like someone may have wanted to get a little too close to the "Work" singer.

According to E! News, a 33-year-old man was arrested by the NYPD at Rihanna's apartment building in New York City. The man, identified as Salmir Feratovic, was charged with criminal trespassing. A spokesperson for the NYPD said that Feratovic had been to the building before and had been told to stay away.

Feratovic, who has reportedly been arrested multiple times, was previously arrested for criminal trespassing in May 2016 at the very same apartment building.

E! News notes that a man boasting the same name as Feratovic commented on a Hollywood Life Facebook news story about Rihanna back in March 2017, writing, "Why she is not with me?"

Unfortunately for Rihanna, this isn't the first time she's had to deal with a possible stalker situation. A homeless man, who later accused Rihanna of stealing song material from him, used to hand-deliver Rihanna letters at her place in SoHo. Another man reportedly sent her threatening messages via social media.

Hopefully, Rihanna, 29, has a strong security team in place. In Hollywood, there's no such thing as being too cautious.
