Chelsea Handler Reveals How She'd React If She Ran Into Angelina Jolie

The Netflix talk show host is not one to play nice—at least, not when it comes to Angelina Jolie.

Chelsea Handler has reportedly had it out for Jolie ever since Brad Pitt divorced her BFF Jennifer Aniston and got hitched to the Tomb Raider star. And, thanks to an audience member on What What Happens Live With Andy Cohen, we now know just how a meeting between Handler and Jolie would go down.

"If you were stuck on an elevator with Angelina Jolie, what would you say?" a fan asked during the show's May 25, 2017 episode.

"I would just look up," Handler, 42, answered, tilting her head upwards towards the ceiling. "Exactly what people do when they're in elevators. You know what you do when you just fake look at the numbers because you don't want to make eye contact."

"That would be exactly the elevator ride," she continued. "And then I'd go, 'Hey!' as I walked out."

Sounds pretty tame, if you ask us. It was definitely a lot nicer than some of the other things she's said about the actress in the past. During a 2010 stand-up show (via the Daily Mail), Handler said, "[Angelina]'s a homewrecker, she is ... She can rescue as many babies from as many countries as she wants to, I don't f***ing believe you."

And while it seems like Handler holds a grudge against Jolie for her alleged affair with Pitt, she insists that her negative opinion stems from Jolie being a "bad girl." 

"It has nothing to do with Jennifer," she said of her dislike for Jolie during a 2013 appearance on What What Happens Live (via Us Weekly). "As a woman, I know when you see somebody walking across the room that's a bad girl. I just don't like Angelina Jolie. I don't think she's a girl's girl. I like girl's girls!"

Apparently, Handler's not alone in her contempt of Jolie. Other stars, including Billy Bob Thornton and Laura Dern reportedly can't stand the Girl, Interrupted star.
