Bachelor In Paradise Implementing Strict Alcohol Rules

The producers of Bachelor in Paradise are reportedly enforcing strict rules on alcohol consumption as the reality show begins to move on from a sexual assault investigation that temporarily halted production.

According to TMZ, the show has implemented a rule in which contestants can consume no more than two alcoholic drinks per hour. Crew members and bartenders are also reportedly keeping tabs on how much each contestant drinks at any given time.

The rules were implemented after a drunken hookup between DeMario Jackson and Corinne Olympios during filming launched an internal investigation into whether Olympios had been sexually assaulted at the time. Warner Bros. shut down production on the popular reality series before eventually concluding that no such act had occurred.

Sources for TMZ added that, once production resumed, the cast, which no longer includes Jackson or Olympios, was lectured on the situation as well as alcohol consumption.

Bachelor in Paradise is expected to premiere later this summer on ABC.
