Toby Keith's Daughter Krystal Nearly Dies In Car Accident

Country singer Toby Keith's daughter had one scary Fourth of July.

On Friday, July 7, 2017, Krystal Keith, a country music artist like her famous dad, revealed that she and her husband, Drew Sandubrae, along with their daughter Hensley, had been in a major car crash on July 4. "Our 4th turned pretty horrific," the 31-year-old wrote on Instagram, sharing a photo of her wrecked Mercedes-Benz SUV. "Hensley, Drew and I were on the way to watch fireworks on the 4th. A drunk driver almost took the lives of my entire family."

Krystal, who lives in Oklahoma, continued, "We all survived the wreck but it's gonna take some time to heal. Keep us in your prayers. Hug your babies and spouses tight. DON'T DRINK AND DRIVE."

Krystal's not the first member of the family to get in a serious car crash. According to E! News, Toby's father, Hubert "H.K." Covel Jr., was killed in a crash in 2001.
