Woods had stars in eyes, saying, "We were at a party and she was amazing in all white with a beautiful smile and great legs," according to Wedding Style magazine. However, Barbee wasn't interested. She eventually came around and the pair went on a date the following night. They had plenty of time to get to know each other during his off-season since he spent that time in Los Angeles. When the football season began again, they kept their romance alive and Barbee even flew from Los Angeles to Buffalo (where he played at the time) to see her love. If that isn't commitment, we don't know what is.
Two years of dating led to a romantic beachfront proposal in Turks & Caicos and the good vibes flowed right into planning a "formal, all white wedding," according to the outlet. Woods and Barbee tied the knot in July 2018 at Monarch Beach Resort in Dana Point, California, according to Heavy. The reception was something to behold as Barbee gushed to Wedding Style magazine, "It was an amazing party even before dinner was served!"

The love between Robert Woods and Alexandra Barbee tripled when they welcomed daughter Shi Demi Woods in September 2021, according to her Instagram. It seems her daughter gave her a greater purpose as she wrote, "In you I've found a newfound purpose, unwavering unconditional love & bliss that makes everyday a whole lot brighter."
Motherhood clearly suits Barbee as she relishes in taking her daughter to games. Barbee and Shi frequently coordinate their looks as they support their favorite guy. On a sunny Sunday in October 2021, Barbee took to Instagram to reflect on just how much her life has changed. "It melts my heart that our baby girl is growing up seeing her daddy do what he loves! Sometimes I feel like pinching myself because our reality is so much better than any dream we've ever imagined," she wrote. "I don't take any of it for granted."
