Kesha Tweets Out Support For Taylor Swift Amid Groping Lawsuit

The "Praying" singer clearly has superstar Taylor Swift on her mind.

On Aug. 14, 2017, Kesha (full name Kesha Sebert) tweeted out her admiration for the 27-year-old, writing, "@taylorswift13 i support you always, and especially right now and admire your strength and fearlessness. truth is always the answer."

The tweet comes in response to Swift's ongoing legal battle with DJ David Mueller, whom Swift has accused of groping her at a 2013 meet-and-greet event.

As many may remember, Kesha was recently involved in her own sexual assault-related lawsuit with Sony music producer Dr. Luke (real name Lukasz Gottwald), whom she claimed had "sexually, physically, verbally and emotionally abused" her.

And, while Kesha was embroiled in that nightmarish legal battle—which had prevented her from releasing new music—Swift had reached out to her, giving her $250,000 to help ease any financial burdens weighing upon the now 30-year-old.

Luckily for Kesha, she's now in the clear to make music again—much to the delight of fans everywhere. And, what's more, she's announced that she'll be going on tour, starting in late September.
