Carrie Ann Inaba Calls Off Engagement

It looks like Carrie Ann Inaba and Robb Derringer won't be dancing down the aisle after all.

Sources for People magazine are exclusively reporting that the couple has "quietly" called off their engagement five months after Derringer popped the question.

The exact reason behind the split remains unclear. People did note, however, that Inaba had posted a "cryptic" message on Instagram just last week, which read, "Just when I think I've learned the way to live, life changes."

The Dancing with the Stars judge, 49, also attended an event over the weekend in Miami with her mother—without wearing her wedding ring.

People adds that Inaba and Derringer, 50, had planned to marry in Hawaii.

This isn't the first time Inaba has called off an engagement. In 2012, she ended her engagement to accountant Jesse Sloan a little over a year after he proposed to her on live television.
