50 Cent Sued Over Instagram Photos

The rapper could be in some big trouble.

TMZ reports that 50 Cent (real name Curtis James Jackson III) has been sued by photographer Christopher Pasatieri. Pasatieri alleges that the 42-year-old rapper shared the photog's pictures on Instagram without his permission and without obtaining an appropriate license. The photos have reportedly accumulated over 42,000 likes.

In court docs, Pasatieri, who is suing for damages, reportedly shared screenshots of 50 Cent's Instagram posts featuring the photographer's images, which the rapper used to promote his SMS Audio headphones as well as his TV show, Power.

According to TMZ, the photos in question appear to have been taken during 50 Cent's June 2014 concert at Citi Field, where he'd performed with G-Unit—which has reportedly also been named in the lawsuit.
