Nelly's Accuser Reportedly Claims Rape Without A Condom

According to TMZ, the woman who claims that Nelly sexually assaulted her says that he forced her to have sex without a condom and later offered to pay her.

The gossip website identified the woman as a 21-year-old Seattle resident. The 21-year-old claims that the rapper attempted to have sex with her and when she denied consent he told her to "shut up" and proceeded to rape her without protection. Following the alleged incident, the woman says the rapper offered her money, which she declined.

Nelly's lawyer, Scott Rosenblum, has since denied the allegations and has written them off as a ploy to gain money and fame.

"It does not surprise me that she wanted to have her story publicized. That is playbook 101 of a person with an agenda and clearly she has one. The agenda is money, fame and notoriety," Rosenblum told TMZ

On Oct. 7, 2017, the "Hot in Herre" rapper took to Twitter to break his silence on the allegations, writing, "Let me say that I am beyond shocked that I have been targeted with this false allegation. I am completely innocent. I am confident that once the facts are looked at, it will be very clear that I am the victim of a false allegation."

As Nicki Swift previously reported, the rapper was arrested in the early hours of the morning on Oct. 7, 2017, after allegations were made that he raped a woman on his tour bus following a performance at the White River Amphitheater just hours before. He was taken into custody and booked for investigation of rape in the second-degree, according to a report from the Auburn Police Department. He was later released without charges.

Nelly is currently on tour with Florida Georgia Line and was scheduled to perform on Oct. 7, 2017, but canceled his performance in light of the allegations.
