How Tall Is Mila Kunis?

Mila Kunis was just 14 years old when she first popped up as one of the stars of "That '70s Show," according to Entertainment Weekly. After establishing herself as someone to be reckoned with in the entertainment industry as the show's run continued, she was then two years into her 20s when it ended. Between the time that the show premiered and the time that the stars said goodbye to their retro characters, fans watched Kunis go through a stunning transformation from a sweet young teenager to a beautiful young adult. These days, she's a little older and seems to be quite comfortable when it comes to how she looks.

"I don't wear makeup. I don't wash my hair every day. It's not something that I associate with myself," the actor told Glamour in July 2016. Going on to say that she admires anyone who spends a significant amount of time and effort doing their makeup, she added, "I think it's beautiful. I'm just not that person."

While Kunis appears to have a clear understanding of her relationship with makeup and her hair, she seems to be just as aware of other aspects of her aesthetics and body such as her height. In fact, the star happens to win bets over that particular aspect of her physical form.

Mila Kunis wins bets over her height

When it comes to Mila Kunis' stature, you might think that she's on the short side. However, she's actually five-foot-four, according to Celeb Heights. Although that's not exactly tall, it is the average height of women in the United States, per the Cleveland Clinic. Despite that, the star herself noted that there's a bit of an issue around how tall she stands.

Back in January 2010, Kunis first admitted to Esquire that people in her life refer her to as a hobbit, which is a fictional yet rather short figure, with J. R. R. Tolkien's iconic character Bilbo Baggins only being around three feet tall, per Hollywood.com. Kunis has apparently earned the nickname even though she's the same height as plenty of other women around. The actor also revealed how it can actually benefit her wallet, telling Esquire, "I come across as shorter than I am. People will say, 'You're not five foot four. And I'll say, 'People, I know my height.' I'm constantly winning bets. Hundreds of dollars."

Of course, while Kunis may be taller than some people think, she's not nearly as tall as her husband, Ashton Kutcher. In fact, there's quite a dramatic height difference between Kunis and Kutcher.

Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher's height difference affects their home life

Mila Kunis isn't the only big star in her family, although in this case, big refers to her status and not height. Kunis is married to Ashton Kutcher who happens to be just as famous although quite a bit taller than his wife. Of course, when she wears high heels on the red carpet, it gives her a little boost which may skew their true height difference a bit so you might not have noticed just how much taller he happens to be. However, when they're both in casual outfits and she's wearing flats, then you can see how dramatic their height difference really is.

Indeed, while Kunis is five-foot-four, Kutcher is, well, he's taller, although it's not clear how much taller. That's because Insider lists his height as six-foot-two while Celeb Heights claims he's slightly taller at six-foot-two and a half. As for Kunis, she noted that he's even taller than that.

"I'm five-foot-four on a good day. My husband's six-foot-three," Kunis said during a Hot Ones interview in October 2021. Beyond that she revealed how that affects her life at home, saying, "Our house is built for six-foot-three. I am at all times on tippy-toes. ... I have ladders everywhere. I have a ladder in the closet, I have a ladder in the kitchen. I can't reach things!"
