Adam Levine Announces Sex Of Second Child
The Voice coach is gearing up for baby no. 2!
On Tuesday, Nov. 7, 2017, Adam Levine visited The Ellen DeGeneres Show and announced that he and wife Behati Prinsloo, who are already parents to daughter Dusty Rose, are having a baby girl!
"It's a girl," the 38-year-old revealed. "We're having another girl."
And host Ellen DeGeneres, it appears, may be heavily involved in helping Levine and Prinsloo choose their second child's name. As many fans may remember, DeGeneres was instrumental in helping Levine and Prinsloo select the name Dusty Rose for their first kid, having sent the name via text as a potential choice for the couple, who were struggling to find the perfect moniker.
Of course, the TV host is only too happy to help—if not just for the fame. "To say I named one of your children isn't a big story—but to name both is a big story!" DeGeneres joked.
Hinting at the idea of a possible third baby in the future, Levine revealed that he'd like to have more children after the birth of his second kid with Prinsloo, who is currently seven months pregnant. "I want a lot. I thrive in chaos," Levine explained.
As for his wife, Prinsloo is apparently all too excited to grow their family. "She was an only child so look out," Levine told DeGeneres. "She wants like 100 babies, but I don't know if I could do that."
