Demi Lovato Teams Up With Luis Fonsi For Spanish Track 'Echame La Culpa'

The former Disney Channel star just debuted a fiery new music video.

On Nov. 16, 2017, Demi Lovato and Luis Fonsi released their song "Échame La Culpa"—and the track's music video along with it! Considering the dance-driven beat and Lovato's passionate voice, we'd wager that the pair's new tune will make its way to the top of the charts.

While most of the song features catchy Spanish lyrics, it does have a few lines of English, sung by Lovato. "I don't really, really want to fight anymore / I don't really really want to fake it no more," the 25-year-old belts. "Play me like The Beatles, baby, just let it be / So come and put the blame on me.'

It just so happens that the day of Lovato and Fonsi's big song release proved to be a lucky one for the "Despacito" singer. As reported by Forbes, Fonsi won big at the 2017 Latin Grammy Awards, snagging a total of four Grammy wins.

Lovato and Fonsi have been teasing the song and its accompanying music video for some time. "It's a fun song, a fun record," Fonsi, 39, told Billboard on Nov. 7, keeping his collaborator's identity secret. "We already filmed the video."

However, fans had long suspected that Fonsi had teamed up with Lovato, especially after the two artists had shared a photo of themselves on Instagram.

Lovato later shared a sneak peek of their video just one day before its release.

While we wait to see what's next for Lovato and Fonsi, read all about the former Camp Rock star's shady side.
