RHOC Star Meghan King Edmonds Pregnant With Second Child

Congratulations to the reality TV star!

On Monday, Nov. 27, 2017, Real Housewives of Orange County's Meghan King Edmonds announced that she and her husband, former MLB pro Jim Edmonds, are expecting their second child together. Meghan posted about the big news on her blog, sharing photos of firstborn Aspen wearing a shirt that read, "Big Sister Aspen."

"Aspen is going to be a big sister!" Meghan wrote, noting that she and Jim underwent in vitro fertilization (IVF) as they had previously done to conceive their first child. Meghan is currently 10 weeks pregnant.

On her blog, Meghan continued, "We began the IVF process over the summer. We started from scratch because we really wanted to have a boy (Jimmy has a total of five girls and one boy) and we only had two frozen female embryos. This was a difficult decision for us." While Meghan said that Jim didn't care about the sex of the baby as much as her own well-being, the 33-year-old was apparently determined to try for a son, so Meghan pursued IVF.

And it seems like Meghan got her wish. "Oh, what about the biggest question: Boy or girl?" she penned. "Think blue this time around!"

Meghan and Jim tied the knot in October 2014. They welcomed their daughter in November 2016.

Congratulations to the growing family!
