Lin-Manuel Miranda, Wife Vanessa Nadal Expecting Baby No. 2

Congratulations are in order for the Hamilton creator and his wife!

Lin-Manuel Miranda announced on Sunday, Dec. 3, 2017 that he and his wife, Vanessa Nadal, are expecting their second child. Fans began speculating that pregnancy news was on the horizon after the Broadway vet hit the red carpet that evening at the 2017 London Evening Standard Theatre Awards with his lawyer-scientist wife, who was sporting a noticeable baby bump.

When one fan asked, "is v..?" on Twitter, Miranda, 37, quickly responded with, "Oh hell yeah."

The cute pair, who married in 2010, are already parents to a 3-year-old son, Sebastian. Their adorable toddler hilariously reviewed act one of Hamilton in November 2017.

Miranda, who penned the star-studded charity single "Almost Like Praying" to benefit Puerto Rico hurricane relief earlier this year, opened up about fatherhood with Entertainment Tonight in 2016. As he explained during the interview, he found out he was going to be a dad the very same day Disney hired him to write the music for their hit film Moana

"Life changed pretty drastically on that day. I actually found out I was going to be a father that morning," the "How Far I'll Go" songwriter said. "My wife was going off on a business trip and I was still asleep, she had to catch an early flight, and she said, 'Hey I think you might be a dad, all right, I'll see you later!' And I was like, 'Great!... What?'"

The Tony and Grammy Award winner continued, "I called her when I fully woke up to confirm what she'd said and then I got the call about Disney later that afternoon."
