Meghan Markle's Toronto Home Up For Sale Following Prince Harry Engagement
The former actress has put her house on the market.
Following her recent engagement to Prince Harry, Meghan Markle is selling her two-story, Toronto, Canada home for $1.395 million via HuffPost. An open house was held on Sunday, Dec. 10, 2017.
According to Entertainment Tonight, the future royal lived in the house, located at 10 Yarmouth Road, while starring on Suits. However, the home's greatest selling point is that she and her future husband spent a lot of time together there during their courtship—whenever they weren't at his home at Kensington Palace, that is.
"We were able to really have so much time just to connect and we never went longer than two weeks without seeing each other, even though we were obviously doing a long distance relationship," Prince Harry told Us Weekly last month. "We made it work."
Described on the realtor website as a "stylish designer inspired home," Markle's amazing former residence features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a fully furnished basement. It also boasts a "spacious, light filled living/dining space," a "luxe eat-in kitchen," a "professionally landscaped private garden retreat," and is a "perfect home for entertaining."
As Nicki Swift previously reported, Markle, 36, and Harry, 33, announced their engagement on Monday, Nov. 27, 2017. The happy couple, who attended their first royal engagement together in early December, have been together since the fall of 2016. The two plan to marry in May 2018 at St. George's Chapel, Windsor Castle.
Markle recently moved into her fiancé's English cottage in mid-November and ended her starring stint on the popular USA Network series Suits, which initially sparked engagement rumors. She later retired from acting.
