Kris Jenner Buys $10M Mansion Next Door To Kim Kardashian
The Keeping Up With the Kardashians matriarch is moving.
E! News confirmed on Tuesday, Dec. 12, 2017, that Kris Jenner dropped a whopping $9.9 million on a Hidden Hills mansion that just so happens to be next door to her daughter Kim Kardashian's new home.
However, according to a source, the momager has yet to move out of her other mansion in the same area, which she bought for $4 million with her ex Caitlyn Jenner in 2010. "Kris likes to diversify and invest [in real estate], like the whole family does," the insider said.
Her new two-story residence boasts 1.28 acres of land and 9,400 square-feet of living space, which includes six bedrooms, seven baths, a gym, theater room, and game room complete with a wet bar.
According to Entertainment Tonight, Kardashian and her husband, Kanye West, have just moved into their $20 million mansion across the street from Jenner's new house, as they prepare for baby no. 3. They sold their Bel-Air mansion for $17.8 million in November 2017.
"Kim is super savvy when it comes to real estate," Million Dollar Listing's Josh Altman, who has worked with Kardashian on real estate projects in the past, told ET. "Every house that we've done business with together, she's knocked it out of the park. She's done certain things to properties that really add a lot of value," he continued, adding, "Every inch of that house was thought out by Kim and Kanye. They were the designers. They were the vision."
As Nicki Swift previously reported, Kardashian, 37, and West, 40, are reportedly expecting their third child, a baby girl, to arrive in January 2018. The married pair are already parents to 4-year-old daughter, North, and 1-year-old son, Saint.
It's certainly been an exciting time for the entire Kardashian-Jenner clan as of late, as Kardashian's sisters Khloé and Kylie are also expecting. It seems like Jenner's latest real estate buy could be the perfect place for her growing family to spend quality time together.
