Stassi Schroeder's Daughter's Godmother Is A Vanderpump Rules Star

When it comes to ranking addictive reality TV shows, Bravo's "Vanderpump Rules" has to be on top of the list. Premiering in 2013, the "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" spin-off follows Lisa Vanderpump and her employees at SUR Restaurant located in West Hollywood, California, per Bravo. Throughout 10 seasons, the series has brought forth an array of jaw-dropping storylines, ranging from Jax Taylor's constant cheating, James Kennedy and Lala Kent's will they, won't they relationship, Tom Sandoval and Tom Schwartz opening up TomTom and more. In a 2019 interview with "Good Morning America," Vanderpump opened up about the "magic" of the series and why it's become so popular.

"It's based on authenticity, and there you have this group of young people that's struggling to grow up, but it was also interconnected," she explained. While the series has had its fair share of stars, two cast members that have made a notable impact on viewers have been Stassi Schroeder and Katie Maloney. During their time on the show, the pair have had their fair share of drama, both with each other and other cast members. However, in recent years Schroeder and Maloney's tumultuous bond has taken a mother route.

Back in 2021, Stassi Schroeder and her husband, Beau Clark, welcomed their first child into the world. "We truly cannot begin to describe the happiness and joy we are feeling at the moment," the happy couple said in a statement to People. "It's something that you hear from all new parents right after birth, but something magical happens." A couple of weeks after the pair settled into their roles as parents, Schroeder and Clark debuted their daughter Hartford Charlie Rose Clark on social media for the first time. "It's her two week birthday, and I feel like I'm finally ready to share my little girl," she wrote on Instagram.

"My heart is so freaking full. I can't believe I get to keep her," she continued. While the post was full of fans' supportive messages, Katie Maloney celebrated the occasion by revealing her godmother status. "Ahhh, my little God Daughter! She's so beautiful, and I'm so happy for you and Beau," she wrote (via Page Six). In response, Schroeder confirmed Maloney was the "God Mama" with a heart emoji. In the years following Hartford's birth, Maloney has shared sweet moments with her goddaughter across social media, including attendance at Hartford's second birthday party. "Hartford's 2nd birthday was the coolest party I've been to all year! She's also the coolest little girl," she wrote on Instagram.

While Katie Maloney and Stassi Schroeder are the definition of friendship goals, the pair have had their fair share of ups and downs in the past. During the third season of "Vanderpump Rules", the two friends were at odds, after Maloney attended Scheana Shay's bachelorette party. At the time, Schroeder was on the outs with everyone at SUR Restaurant after she left for New York in Season 2. "Katie and I have been friends for about four years," the "Basically Stassi" star said in a confessional, per Bravo. "We went from hanging out one day, her talking about she would have nothing to do with these people and how much she hates them, to all of a sudden her acting like I'm a crazy person for being affected by her decision to change."

While the two seemingly ended their friendship at the end of Season 3, the pair have been able to move past their differences and develop a stronger friendship in return. Back in 2022, Maloney confirmed their close bond during an Instagram Q&A when fans asked, "Are you and Stassi still friends?" (via Monster & Critics). In response, the reality TV star wrote: "Best friends! ... And also 9th cousins (twice removed lol)."
