Kristin Davis Reportedly Adopts Second Child

Kristin Davis is reportedly a mom for the second time!

On Saturday, May 5, 2018, entertainment journalist Marc Malkin took to his Facebook page to report that the former Sex and the City star has adopted a second child.

"Kristin Davis is expanding her family," he wrote, adding, "I can exclusively reveal that [she] has adopted a baby boy." Malkin concluded the post with, "And now she's blessed times two! Congrats!"

At the time of this writing, neither Davis nor her rep have publicly commented on the news.

As Nicki Swift previously reported, Davis adopted her first child, daughter Gemma Rose, in October 2011. "This is something I have wanted for a very long time," she said in a statement to People at the time. "Having this wish come true is even more gratifying than I ever had imagined. I feel so blessed."

A few months later, she gushed about motherhood while speaking with Entertainment Tonight. "I love it," the 53-year-old actress said. "The only challenge is getting out of the house ... I knew this would be true but you're so attached and it's just so fun to be there that it's hard to go."

During an appearance on Anderson Live the following year, host Anderson Cooper asked the proud mom whether she had any plans to adopt again. "Once she came I was like, 'Hey I can do this, this is OK,'" Davis replied. "So I mull [having more kids] over, but because I'm a single mom, I want to focus on her and make sure I'm doing a good job first."

Congratulations to the family of three!
