The Few Details We Know About Post Malone's Mystery Fiancée Jamie

Post Malone has been nominated for 10 Grammys, sold nearly 19 million albums, and had some of the most talked about brand partnerships and side hustles in the biz, and yet, his home life seems to be pretty low-key. Between the heavily tattooed face, his million-dollar lifestyle, and his penchant for having a great time, it's surprising that Malone has rarely made headlines with his love life. That changed in 2022, though, but not because of some wild antics. Rather, Malone got folks talking when he revealed he secretly got engaged and had a baby.

As he revealed on "The Howard Stern Show" in June 2022, settling down has been an incredibly healthy and healing experience for the rapper. Admitting he struggled with alcohol, he told Stern, "It was to a really, really, really rough point, and I couldn't get up off the floor for weeks." That all changed when Jamie came into his life and helped him get through that dark and difficult chapter. "I met a really beautiful person that made me feel like a human being again," he shared, saying she never gave him an ultimatum. Instead, she offered him her unconditional love and unwavering support. "She saved my f***ing life — it's pretty epic," he announced. That made fans even more curious about Jamie, although he's kept pretty mum on the matter. Here are the few details we do know about Malone's mystery fiancée, as well as their first child together.

Everything we know about Post Malone's life with Jamie

Despite trying their best, Post Malone fans have failed to learn a whole lot about his fiancée, Jamie. What we do know is that the couple was first spotted together in October 2020 when a fan Instagram account shared a snap of them arriving at an airport. Then, in 2021, they were photographed shopping in Hollywood, attending Malone's cousin's wedding, and eating at Settebello Pizzeria Napoletana in Salt Lake City, Utah. However, as XXL confirmed, Jamie actually deactivated her Instagram account after getting hate from jealous fans, thus cutting off a major source of potential info.

Jump to May 2022, and the rapper surprised everyone by telling TMZ he was expecting a baby. "I'm excited for this next chapter in my life, I'm the happiest I've ever been," he gushed. "Time to take care of my body and my family and friends." The following month, the rapper let it slip that his daughter had been born when he told Howard Stern about his daily routine. "I woke up at 2:30 in the afternoon, I went, and I kissed my baby girl," he said while also confirming he was engaged. What's more, Malone explained that he kept news of his daughter quiet because "I want to let her make her own decisions." Indeed, he's proving to be a great dad. Speaking with GQ that September, he admitted it's hard not seeing her when he's working, but enthused: "She's huge, she's super tall, and she's such a legend and I'm just happy to see her."

Post Malone's dating history

Despite spending the last several years in the spotlight with fans documenting his every move, Post Malone has managed to keep his personal life surprisingly private. In early 2020, shortly before getting together with Jamie, the rapper was briefly linked to South Korean-born visual artist and rapper MLMA. Before that, the only other relationship that made it into the spotlight was his three-year union with Ashlen Diaz. The pair reportedly started dating in 2015 before Post became a household name and struggled to stay together as his popularity took off. As he told The Breakfast Club in 2016, they had broken up and then gotten back together. "It's tough having a balance between, you know, dedicating my life to music and dedicating time for Ashlen," he admitted. "It's tough because you want to get into your studio, you want to make as good music as you can, and sometimes you're real busy."

He failed to find that balance, and they split for good in 2018. While one insider claimed the breakup was mutual, another said Diaz called things off because Malone's fame got in the way. "Post loves Ashlen and cares about her but lives his life as though he's a rock star," a source told Us Weekly. However, they also noted that "Ashlen booked Post a show in Dallas before he was big and knew what she was getting herself into." In the end, she reportedly walked away with a sweet $350,000 settlement, as reported by Radar.
