Heather Locklear Reportedly Hospitalized After Possible Overdose

Heather Locklear has us seriously worried.

The Hollywood actress was taken to the hospital after an alleged overdose that occurred just hours after she was released from jail, People reports. A source told the magazine that both paramedics and Ventura County Sheriff's officers were sent to Locklear's home in Thousand Oaks, Calif. on Monday, June 25, 2018, to treat a possible overdose. The patient — who the Ventura County Sheriff's Office spokesman did not name — was then transported to Las Robles Hospital & Medical Center.

According to TMZ, who first reported the news, Locklear is now is stable condition and is receiving treatment.

Locklear's reported overdose comes on the heels of her arrest for attacking a police officer and a paramedic on Sunday, June 24. As Nicki Swift had previously reported, Locklear, who was allegedly intoxicated at the time, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor battery and taken to jail after being examined at a hospital. She was reportedly released on $20,000 bail early the next day.

At the time of her release from jail, Locklear was said to have looked "disheveled," as she left with her attorney William Haney. She did not respond to questions from reporters. People reported that she was expected to seek treatment following her release.

Locklear has yet to enter a plea regarding the charges against her. She's due to appear in court in August.

The Melrose Place actress has been making headlines for her alleged erratic behavior since the start of 2018. In February, she was arrested for reported domestic battery against her boyfriend, she entered a treatment center, and she was hospitalized after allegedly threatening to kill herself.

We hope that Locklear can get the help she needs soon.
