Supermodel Karlie Kloss Marries Joshua Kushner
Congratulations are in order for supermodel Karlie Kloss and her longtime boyfriend, Joshua Kushner.
On Thursday evening, Oct. 18, 2018, the former Victoria's Secret Angel took to Instagram to announce that she and Kushner, an American businessman, have tied the knot following a short three-month engagement.
"10.18.2018," Kloss simply wrote to her 7.7 million followers, alongside a romantic snapshot of the newlyweds on their big day. The longtime model, who scored a major gig as the new host of Project Runway earlier this month, completed the short but sweet caption with a heart emoji.
According to a source cited by People magazine, "The wedding was intimate and moving. The couple was beaming with happiness." The publication noted that Kloss donned a custom-made Dior wedding dress, which featured gorgeous white lace. The newly married pair reportedly exchanged their vows in front of about 80 guests in a private Jewish ceremony, which took place somewhere in upstate New York.
As Nicki Swift previously reported, Kloss, 26, and Kushner, 33, first announced their engagement in July 2018 after six years of dating. "I love you more than I have words to express. Josh, you're my best friend and my soulmate. I can't wait for forever together," Kloss wrote on social media at the time, captioning a photo of herself kissing her then-fiancé on the cheek. Completing the post with an engagement ring emoji, the Kode with Klossy founder added, "Yes a million times over." For his part, Kushner shared a pic of Kloss on Instagram at the time, writing "fiancée" in the caption, alongside a red heart emoji.
While the notoriously private pair are known to keep their relationship under wraps, they also rarely publicly discuss Kushner's well-known connection to the White House. Kloss' beau happens to be the younger brother of Jared Kushner, who's famously the husband of Ivanka Trump and a senior advisor to President Donald Trump.
In other marriage news this month, country singer Kane Brown tied the knot with his longtime fiancée, Katelyn Jae, in Nashville, Tenn. on Friday, Oct. 12. Meanwhile, Princess Eugenie of York married Jack Brooksbank in a gorgeous royal wedding held at St. George's Chapel at Windsor Castle that same day.
